I am going to order another from enCore.  From start to finish the customer service with over and beyond.  as I travel a lot.  When I received my night guard I was amazed how it fit.  Thank you much!!!.  and never fit very well.  The service people made sure that my impression was perfect.  My tongue sits differently when I am sleeping, but it is not an issue.  My old one I got from a dentist and cost $355.

First guard sent was lost by USPS, I contacted the company & they made me a replacement which I received within a week! I have been a night grinder all my life & this guard exceeds even those I got from the dentist  which had much greater price tags .  I have only worn 2x & am already seeing where I am grinding into the material but I suppose that just shows how badly I needed it! Fingers crossed I do not grind through it too quickly.  When/if I do, I know where I will be going for a new one! Thanks enCore!.   Directions were clear and replacement puddy  I did not get the back teeth deep enough so they sent replacement.

Slightly reluctant about fitting and quality, I still thought of giving it a try.  They sent new measurement kit at no cost and impression came fine in second attempt.  Within a week of sending finalized measurement, I got my night guards delivered.  When I tried them for first time, it was surprising to feel how correctly the fitted ! They feel high in quality and very durable.  Though I mainly use them as night dental guards, I will probably begin using them in day also because of the comfortable fitting. My dentist suggested me to use night guards however the price quoted was too high and then I found these on .  Very pleased with this purchase and saving 100s of $ on otherwise dentist made dental guards.  I will highly recommended these to anyone who needs a dental guard, because of the quality and the price, and the support team also.  The process from start to finish was quick and simple.

The encore bottom guard fits so well that I forget that I am wearing it.   Making the impressions at home was easy and the custom service is a 10 out 10!. I struggled with over the counter top teeth mouth guards with no success.  Last year I paid $700 for a custom guard through my dentist only to grind through it in two months.

I wish they did invisaligns because I would definitely purchase from them. I wish I had known about this company a long time ago.  Very sturdy, well-made and comfortable to wear, all at a great price.  The guards are very comfortable and I had no problem from day one.

Purchased both the soft as well as dual layer guards.   It is nice that once you purchase the mold kit, they give you an option to order additional guards off of that mold.   I was initially unsure about the dual layer guard reading the description as I had a previous night guard which was a thick  approx 4mm  soft guard through my dentist.  The hard exterior allows the teeth to slide easily as opposed to digging in   which happened with my old soft guard   Did not have difficulty with tooth pain despite the switch from a soft to harder guard,  and after several nights I have come to prefer the hard exterior/dual layer guard.  Would highly recommend!    The soft night guard is somewhat thin and I only use it occasionally but I do not think it will hold up over the long run in terms of durability.   Unless  you only have very mild bruxism/clenching, I would probably go with the dual layer over the soft guard from a durability standpoint. I am not one to write reviews, but the whole process was really painless.

They are both great and I highly recommend them. Making the cast and getting it reviewed was simple and fast.  I had opt for the thicker version just because I reckon it will last longer.  I can hardly tell it is there.  This guard is quite thin.  My last, dentist-made, one was very thick and clunky but it lasted thirty or so years and could be ground to fit new fillings and such by the dentist.  I hope this new guard will last a few years anyway.  The guard  I chose for upper teeth  is in fact like a retainer at a fraction of the price and I could not be more satisfied.  I ordered a second guard while I could still get a discount by using the old mold.  The original was 2mm.  Night guard was shipped to me pretty soon after everything was OK'd and the fit is extraordinarily good.  I like it a lot.

There is an email address for enCore for you to send the photos and wait for their reply.  They will let you know if your impression looks good.  I would have been hesitant to try this if not for my doctor's recommendation.  I think I got a response within 15 minutes.  Once they have approved the photos, make sure you fill out the order card completely.  Again, read the instructions carefully, and follow them precisely -- and you should have no trouble.  Since I purchased my kit through , it was necessary to provide their order #.  I chose 4 or 5 that showed the indentations from different angles, including the underside.  If you do not provide that info, they will not create your mouthguard.  So, be sure to include that card and the impression in the provided return envelope.  I read the instructions on how to prepare the putty carefully, and practiced putting the molding device, without the putty, into my mouth  you will have 3 size choices and I picked the medium size even though it felt really big in my mouth so that there would be no problem fully covering my teeth with the putty when I bit down .  I tracked my order coming and going, and it was the USPS that moved ridiculously slow.  In fact, it sat at a local distribution facility about 5 days before it started moving toward Santa Ana, California.  I ordered through  and received the kit to make the dental impression in as timely a manner as can be expected.  Communication with enCore is stellar.  I received messages from the point I made the  order, to when they shipped it  with tracking info , to even after I had verified receipt to inquire how it fit.  After you make the impression, let it dry and harden, and then take several photos.  Pretty fabulous company! The most important aspect of my new mouth guard is that it fits like it should and I do not see any inferior manufacturing quality in comparison to a local dentist office taking the impression for me.  I recommend enCore without any hesitation. If you have priced a custom mouthguard through your dental office, you know these can cost hundreds of dollars.   I read through all the reviews on enCore, yet was still a bit apprehensive that I could get a quality night guard at a fraction of the price of what I had gotten from my Dentist.
