One time I forgot to pack it when we went out of town.  I had the most miserable, horrible 3 nights of sleep, because I literally can not stay asleep for more than 20-30 seconds without it, and wake gasping for air.  We went to different stores and pharmacies to try to find anything that would get me through the trip because I was completely desperate.  None of them worked.  I have told a few of my friends about it and they swear by it also.  I had a sleep study test in 2021, and my doctor allowed me to wear the appliance for half of the night.  She commented in her diagnostic notes that it had a "remarkable effect" on my sleep apnea. I have been using these for 15 years for snoring and sleep apnea.  I have tried many snore appliances prior to this, and this one is the only brand that has worked for me.  This is a sturdy, well designed little appliance with huge results.  My friend wears one that she paid $1200 for, so I am really glad I have had the help I needed from this product.  I highly recommend it.  My darling Shitzhu has chewed a few of them up over her 13 years of life so I have to be careful not to leave it on my nightstand.  I have a little glass container that I put water and a little bit of mouth rinse in.  This is where I store it each morning.  Because I panic to be without it, I always have 2 extra on hand, in case i forget and leave it out for the dog.  She does nothing else wrong in her life, but she finds that appliance an irresistible chew toy. This is a really good product.

These strips are a great alternative to the brand I saw on Shark tank, forget the name, ordered them once and then found this brand.  You get SO many more and they work just as well! Such a great value! Why would you buy from the other guys?!.  Very easy to read an the nose pieces fit snug for me.

I have been buying these for a couple of years. they help me breathe in through my nose while running.  They have enough "springiness" to them to keep my nostrils open all night as long as they are applied in the correct location.  I had recommend these to anyone looking to save some money over the well-known brand name.  In fact, I frequently leave them on for my morning run after I wake up. .  Make sure your nose is clean and dry before applying, and you should have no problem getting these strips to stick all night. Works so very much better than the knockoffs.  These nose strips do a great job of keeping my nostrils open so that my wife can sleep.

If you are a mouth breather this is the best product for the money. Fight back! Sinusitis, rhinitis, chronic facial, nasal, or inflamed sinuses due to bacterial infection and constant congestion - this stuff can be beneficial when used regularly.

Really like that collar has reflective strip.  Good sturdy collar. las recomiendo.

We found this product and it helped us. My girlfriend, like me, has not had a good night's sleep in peace and quiet for a long time.  It is my fault that my snoring is disturbing her. Works just like the breate right nasal strips stay on well and open air way very well.  We did not get any improvement either, so we looked for some supplementary products.  We have been looking for products that can relieve snoring, and have seen doctors and taken medication.

I bought this based on the reviews and I am not disappointed. I have only been using this product for a few days  at the recommendation of my SIL .  The jury is still out on whether it will make a difference in being able to stay asleep.

I have used both the brand name as well as these and do not notice a difference. It works very nice.  My wife is very thankful.

50 cents a piece they are definitely worth giving a try!. I got this product for my husband and it has been a life saver! Highly recommend! 5 stars!.  ;  The tape is surprisingly breathable and comfortable.  Once it is on I do not really think about it.  And it comes off easy the next morning without any skin irritation.  I think at .  I feel more rested and there is less drool in the morning.
