I love that you can use it with or without the cups. For such a small device it really does the trick.  Please, read the instructions and recommendations — use lotion or oil to avoid friction.

The suction on this device is so powerful. Bought this for my husband, he has back pain for few weeks, I hope this item can help him, actually it works very well, It has Different level of suction , easy to use and clean.  highly recommended.

Cupping to release muscle tense!

Wonder how effective it is! Gave myself a try after my long run especially with calf muscle tensed.  Felt better after one session; after two session, I felt even better! This cupping is easy to use and effective, glad I gave it a try, love it!. But after pulling my thigh muscles and in pain for 2 days, I decided to give this thing a try. I use it when Im out shopping i fill it with alcohol.

Suction power - good, does the job also - no neck or other muscle pain, can do on various parts of the body. I got this for my mom who insists on cupping to relieve any pain on the body.  I find this one fairly easy to use, I did not need to read the entire instruction manual to figure out how it works.  My mom was able to figure out how to use it by herself, that is just how easy it is to use.  I tested it on her shoulder at lower setting and I could see the skin getting sucked toward the top of the cup, and the heat warmed it up.  I kept it at the lowest setting so her skin did not get red afterward but there was indentation from the cup.  I think it is a good product, very easy to use and I like that it is rechargeable via usb-c so it is safer to use than the traditional glass cup with fire.
